公司召開2013年度年中會議
2013年7月27日~28日,公(gong)(gong)司(si)2013年年中(zhong)會(hui)議在浙江磐(pan)安召開。公(gong)(gong)司(si)領(ling)導(dao)、各部門、項目管(guan)理部(分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si))負(fu)責(ze)人及(ji)具有國家注冊監理工(gong)程師資格等(deng)40余人參加了此次會(hui)議。會(hui)議由楊勤副總(zong)經理主持。
會議首先由徐斌總經理宣(xuan)讀了浙經管(guan)【2013】12號(hao)文件《關于部(bu)門(men)和項(xiang)目管(guan)理部(bu)負(fu)責人(ren)(市本級(ji))職(zhi)務聘任(ren)的通知》,對公司中(zhong)層(ceng)干部(bu)重(zhong)新(xin)進行聘任(ren),聘期為一年,以(yi)后的職(zhi)務聘任(ren)時(shi)間(jian)放在年中(zhong)會議上。
接下(xia)來(lai),各(ge)項目管理(li)部(bu)(分公司(si))負責人就(jiu)本項目管理(li)部(bu)(分公司(si))上(shang)半年的工作(zuo)(zuo)進展情況(kuang)、人員動態情況(kuang)、制度(du)執行情況(kuang)、存在問(wen)題以及對(dui)公司(si)發展的建議(yi)和下(xia)半年的工作(zuo)(zuo)計劃等方面,在會上(shang)進行了(le)交流、匯報。
公司各分(fen)管(guan)領導也在會上作了(le)總結發言。
吳昌副總(zong)(zong)經(jing)理(li)對公(gong)司上班年(nian)的(de)經(jing)營(ying)情況進行了總(zong)(zong)結。目前(qian),市場競(jing)爭異常激烈(lie),但在(zai)公(gong)司的(de)正確領導下,公(gong)司上半年(nian)簽訂的(de)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)額仍高于去年(nian)同(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi),中(zhong)標率也高于以往。同(tong)(tong)(tong)時,為(wei)了更好地完善經(jing)營(ying)管理(li)工(gong)作,公(gong)司也提出了要求:(1)分公(gong)司中(zhong)標項目要在(zai)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)簽訂完成(cheng)后三(san)個(ge)工(gong)作日內(nei)到總(zong)(zong)公(gong)司備案。備案資料為(wei):合同(tong)(tong)(tong)原件(jian)一份,中(zhong)標通知書一份,通訊(xun)錄一份(業主、施工(gong)、監理(li)三(san)方)。(2)分公(gong)司到總(zong)(zong)公(gong)司借(jie)用人員、資質等(deng)證書,必須到經(jing)營(ying)發展部填寫表格,經(jing)批準后到相關(guan)部門辦理(li)借(jie)用手續。
嚴(yan)寶海副總(zong)經(jing)理根據上半年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)巡(xun)檢情況,對(dui)公司在(zai)(zai)監(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)進行(xing)了(le)全面的(de)(de)(de)總(zong)結并對(dui)下半年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)提出(chu)(chu)了(le)要(yao)求(qiu)。總(zong)結指出(chu)(chu),上半年(nian)(nian),公司各在(zai)(zai)監(jian)(jian)項(xiang)目沒有發生(sheng)較大的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)事(shi)故及質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)投訴(su),較好地完成了(le)上半年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)任務。但是(shi),在(zai)(zai)巡(xun)檢的(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)我們還是(shi)發現了(le)一些(xie)問題(ti)和不足,為此(ci),公司要(yao)求(qiu)下半年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)重點要(yao)做(zuo)好以(yi)下幾點:(1)認真落實(shi)下半年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)檢查計(ji)劃(hua),繼續(xu)嚴(yan)把鋼(gang)筋、型鋼(gang)、砼(tong)等(deng)重要(yao)原材料的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)關,規(gui)范監(jian)(jian)理日記、旁站(zhan)記錄、監(jian)(jian)理臺賬、工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設簡報等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)填寫。(2)強化監(jian)(jian)理人(ren)員的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)意識,繼續(xu)做(zuo)好業務知識培訓工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),努力提高質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)監(jian)(jian)督(du)管(guan)理水平。(3)落實(shi)項(xiang)目管(guan)理部主要(yao)負責(ze)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)職(zhi)責(ze),提高監(jian)(jian)理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)執行(xing)力。(4)做(zuo)好事(shi)前控制,把整治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)隱患作(zuo)(zuo)為工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)重點。
孫新(xin)文副總經(jing)理(li)(li)從(cong)勞動紀(ji)(ji)律(lv)(lv)、財務(wu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、人力(li)資(zi)源調(diao)配管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、制(zhi)度建(jian)設和(he)項目管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、黨(團(tuan))等六個方(fang)(fang)面(mian)對公司(si)上(shang)半(ban)年的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)總結(jie)。公司(si)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)勞動紀(ji)(ji)律(lv)(lv)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)制(zhi)度已(yi)經(jing)實施(shi)近2年,從(cong)檢(jian)查情(qing)況看,大部(bu)(bu)分員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)都(dou)能夠遵守,但(dan)也(ye)有少部(bu)(bu)分員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)存在上(shang)班(ban)遲到早退,或者離(li)崗不請(qing)假的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)象(xiang)。員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)遵守勞動紀(ji)(ji)律(lv)(lv)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)公司(si)對外形(xing)象(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)體(ti)(ti)現(xian),希望全體(ti)(ti)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)認(ren)真執行(xing)(xing)公司(si)勞動紀(ji)(ji)律(lv)(lv)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)制(zhi)度。在財務(wu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)上(shang),順利完(wan)成了(le)(le)所得(de)稅(shui)征收(shou)方(fang)(fang)式由核(he)定征收(shou)方(fang)(fang)式向查賬征收(shou)的(de)(de)(de)財務(wu)轉換工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)方(fang)(fang)面(mian),除(chu)完(wan)成日(ri)常(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)后(hou)勤服務(wu)外,還(huan)完(wan)成了(le)(le)各(ge)類考(kao)(kao)試(shi)的(de)(de)(de)報名培(pei)訓以及員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)職稱晉級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。4月(yue)上(shang)旬,圓滿完(wan)成質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)、環境、職業健康安全三標管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)(ti)系的(de)(de)(de)再認(ren)證和(he)監督(du)審(shen)核(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),促進(jin)公司(si)精細化管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)水平(ping)的(de)(de)(de)不斷提高。為提高員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業務(wu)素質(zhi)(zhi),上(shang)半(ban)年公司(si)以不同(tong)形(xing)式舉(ju)辦了(le)(le)5次業務(wu)知識培(pei)訓,受(shou)訓員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)達(da)180余人。上(shang)半(ban)年公司(si)還(huan)在主入口處(chu)新(xin)設立了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)塊電子(zi)播放板,成為繼公司(si)網站和(he)《浙江經(jing)建(jian)》雜志后(hou)公司(si)又一(yi)(yi)個對外展示形(xing)象(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)窗口。在對上(shang)半(ban)年的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)總結(jie)的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),孫新(xin)文副總經(jing)理(li)(li)也(ye)就下半(ban)年的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)提出了(le)(le)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求。下半(ban)年行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)上(shang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)重點(dian)做好(hao)以下幾件(jian)事(shi):(1)要(yao)(yao)(yao)做好(hao)資(zi)質(zhi)(zhi)升級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。打鐵還(huan)需自身硬。企業的(de)(de)(de)高資(zi)質(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)贏得(de)市場競爭力(li)的(de)(de)(de)必要(yao)(yao)(yao)條件(jian),因(yin)此在接下來的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)段時(shi)間(jian)(jian)內我(wo)們(men)要(yao)(yao)(yao)充分利用現(xian)有資(zi)源,努(nu)力(li)提高企業資(zi)質(zhi)(zhi),為將(jiang)公司(si)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步做大做強(qiang)打下堅(jian)實的(de)(de)(de)基礎。(2)要(yao)(yao)(yao)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步提高全員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)人均產值(zhi)。我(wo)們(men)是(shi)(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)型企業,向管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)要(yao)(yao)(yao)效(xiao)益是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)重點(dian),因(yin)此,項目管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)(分公司(si))在人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)安排上(shang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)有大局(ju)意識,要(yao)(yao)(yao)服從(cong)公司(si)統一(yi)(yi)協調(diao),避免不必要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)窩(wo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)浪費(fei),實現(xian)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)有效(xiao)流動,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步提高管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)效(xiao)益。下半(ban)年要(yao)(yao)(yao)把“人均產值(zhi)”作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為考(kao)(kao)核(he)項目管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)(分公司(si))的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)項指標,提高年終(zhong)獎金分配方(fang)(fang)案(an)的(de)(de)(de)科學性。(3)加強(qiang)監理(li)(li)費(fei)的(de)(de)(de)收(shou)繳工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。項目管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)(分公司(si))負責人要(yao)(yao)(yao)熟(shu)悉合同(tong)收(shou)費(fei)節(jie)點(dian),按節(jie)點(dian)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)配合財務(wu)部(bu)(bu)及時(shi)收(shou)繳監理(li)(li)費(fei),為公司(si)的(de)(de)(de)日(ri)常(chang)(chang)運(yun)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)提供資(zi)金保障。
隨后,楊勤(qin)副總經理(li)(li)對(dui)(dui)(dui)公(gong)(gong)司(si)2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)上(shang)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)總結(jie)。3月分公(gong)(gong)司(si)召開了(le)(le)2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會議(yi),部(bu)署2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任務,并與(yu)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)(分公(gong)(gong)司(si))、項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)機(ji)構(gou)負責(ze)(ze)人簽訂了(le)(le)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)目(mu)標責(ze)(ze)任書(shu),明確了(le)(le)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)主體(ti)責(ze)(ze)任和(he)崗位(wei)職(zhi)責(ze)(ze),強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)了(le)(le)各級安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)責(ze)(ze)任制(zhi),保證公(gong)(gong)司(si)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)度(du)化(hua)(hua)、常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)。并進(jin)一步明確公(gong)(gong)司(si)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)領(ling)導(dao)小(xiao)組和(he)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)責(ze)(ze),對(dui)(dui)(dui)各成員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)也提(ti)(ti)出了(le)(le)更高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要求。對(dui)(dui)(dui)上(shang)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)回(hui)顧(gu)后,楊勤(qin)副總經理(li)(li)又(you)對(dui)(dui)(dui)目(mu)前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)形勢(shi)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)分析,并根據目(mu)前(qian)普遍存在的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題提(ti)(ti)出了(le)(le)下半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重點(dian)。下半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)我們重點(dian)要做好(hao)以下幾點(dian):(1)加強(qiang)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)(分公(gong)(gong)司(si))和(he)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)機(ji)構(gou)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),認真落(luo)實(shi)(shi)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)總監(jian)(jian)(總代)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)班工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),做好(hao)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)臺帳資料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)收集與(yu)整理(li)(li),提(ti)(ti)高安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)執行(xing)力(li)(li)。(2)對(dui)(dui)(dui)建筑施工(gong)(gong)重大危險源辨識(shi)(shi)與(yu)控制(zhi)內容進(jin)行(xing)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)培訓,努力(li)(li)提(ti)(ti)高安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)意識(shi)(shi)。(3)貫徹好(hao)上(shang)級安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)文明精神,突(tu)出建筑施工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患排查(cha)治理(li)(li),集中開展“打非治違”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專項(xiang)(xiang)活(huo)動,以安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)防范為重點(dian),做到各項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)(分公(gong)(gong)司(si))安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)監(jian)(jian)督管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)齊頭并進(jin),工(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)可控。(4)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)領(ling)導(dao)小(xiao)組及安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)機(ji)構(gou)成員(yuan)應認真履行(xing)各項(xiang)(xiang)職(zhi)責(ze)(ze),落(luo)實(shi)(shi)各項(xiang)(xiang)檢查(cha)計劃,促進(jin)公(gong)(gong)司(si)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)三級組織(zhi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)正常(chang)有序運行(xing)與(yu)長效(xiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)機(ji)制(zhi)。
會上(shang),徐斌總(zong)經理(li)對公司上(shang)半年(nian)的工作進行了(le)簡要回顧與總(zong)結(jie),并對今(jin)后的工作提(ti)出了(le)具體要求(qiu)。
他指出,上半年(nian)我(wo)們(men)(men)雖然取得了一定的(de)(de)成(cheng)績(ji),但在(zai)看到(dao)成(cheng)績(ji)的(de)(de)同時,我(wo)們(men)(men)也要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)清醒地認識(shi)到(dao)自(zi)身存(cun)在(zai)的(de)(de)問題和不足。為(wei)了更好(hao)地開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),全面完成(cheng)年(nian)初(chu)制定的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)目標(biao),我(wo)們(men)(men)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)做(zuo)好(hao)以下幾(ji)點:(1)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)部(bu)(bu)門(men)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)提(ti)高(gao)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)意識(shi)和水平,為(wei)企業(ye)營(ying)造良(liang)好(hao)發展環境作(zuo)(zuo)出表率。完成(cheng)現(xian)場管理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)是廣大一線(xian)(xian)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan),為(wei)此,我(wo)們(men)(men)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)部(bu)(bu)門(men)一定要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)為(wei)一線(xian)(xian)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)提(ti)供優質(zhi)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),不能(neng)(neng)只強(qiang)調管理(li)(li)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng),忽略服(fu)(fu)務(wu)意識(shi)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)從細(xi)節入手,努力改進職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)部(bu)(bu)門(men)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)態度。(2)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)部(bu)(bu)門(men)、項(xiang)目管理(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)(分公司(si))之間的(de)(de)合作(zuo)(zuo)與協調。各(ge)部(bu)(bu)門(men)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)全局意識(shi),講(jiang)大局、講(jiang)風格(ge),在(zai)明確各(ge)部(bu)(bu)門(men)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)責的(de)(de)同時,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)做(zuo)到(dao)分工(gong)(gong)(gong)不分家(jia),著(zhu)力提(ti)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)部(bu)(bu)門(men)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)效率,堅決(jue)杜絕(jue)辦事推諉等現(xian)象(xiang)(xiang)。(3)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)道德的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)。上半年(nian)公司(si)仍接(jie)到(dao)業(ye)主(zhu)投訴,個(ge)別(bie)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)存(cun)在(zai)故意刁難(nan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)或者與施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)的(de)(de)關系過于密切,還有(you)極個(ge)別(bie)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)仍向施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)介紹班(ban)組或推銷材料,影響監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)正常(chang)開展,并對(dui)公司(si)的(de)(de)對(dui)外形象(xiang)(xiang)產(chan)生不良(liang)影響。公司(si)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求全體監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)必須提(ti)高(gao)自(zi)身職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)道德修養,嚴格(ge)按照監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)執(zhi)業(ye)準則開展監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),維護公司(si)利益,對(dui)違反(fan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)道德的(de)(de)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan),公司(si)一經查處(chu),絕(jue)不姑息(xi),一定嚴肅處(chu)理(li)(li)。(4)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)責任(ren)心(xin)教育。員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)責任(ren)心(xin)是員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)做(zuo)好(hao)本職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)最主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)條件(jian)之一,現(xian)場監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)成(cheng)效與監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)責任(ren)心(xin)息(xi)息(xi)相關。監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)缺乏責任(ren)心(xin)是造成(cheng)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)不到(dao)位(wei),監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)質(zhi)量不高(gao)等現(xian)象(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)原因。因此,項(xiang)目管理(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)現(xian)場監理人(ren)員的(de)(de)(de)責(ze)任心教育,提高(gao)現(xian)場(chang)監管(guan)水平,強化(hua)監理在(zai)施工管(guan)理中的(de)(de)(de)作用,為(wei)公(gong)司樹(shu)立良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)對外形象奠定(ding)基礎。(5)遵守財務(wu)報(bao)銷(xiao)制度。公(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)所得稅(shui)征(zheng)收(shou)方(fang)式現(xian)已(yi)由核(he)定(ding)征(zheng)收(shou)方(fang)式改為(wei)查賬征(zheng)收(shou),因此要(yao)求項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)理部(分公(gong)司)負責(ze)人(ren)要(yao)對新的(de)(de)(de)財務(wu)報(bao)銷(xiao)制度加(jia)(jia)以(yi)了(le)解和學習,并(bing)按月上(shang)報(bao)財務(wu)報(bao)表,實時(shi)申報(bao)開(kai)票(piao)收(shou)入,按法(fa)(fa)律規(gui)定(ding)如實交納各項(xiang)(xiang)稅(shui)款。分公(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)承包履約保(bao)證金(jin)與項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)投(tou)(tou)標(biao)保(bao)證金(jin)不(bu)能混用,承包履約保(bao)證金(jin)必須(xu)保(bao)證金(jin)額(e)不(bu)變,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)投(tou)(tou)標(biao)保(bao)證金(jin)在(zai)每次投(tou)(tou)標(biao)時(shi)可(ke)以(yi)隨時(shi)進出。(6)調(diao)整(zheng)加(jia)(jia)班(ban)費的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)放辦法(fa)(fa)與額(e)度。從7月份(fen)開(kai)始(shi)加(jia)(jia)班(ban)費的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)放由原來的(de)(de)(de)按產值(zhi)計算(suan)加(jia)(jia)班(ban)費調(diao)整(zheng)為(wei)定(ding)額(e)加(jia)(jia)班(ban)費。

本(ben)月恰逢公(gong)司成立十(shi)五(wu)(wu)周年(nian),他(ta)首先對(dui)公(gong)司全體員工十(shi)五(wu)(wu)年(nian)來為(wei)(wei)公(gong)司作(zuo)出(chu)的(de)(de)努(nu)力表示(shi)深深地感(gan)謝,也對(dui)全體員工上半年(nian)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)給予了(le)(le)充分地肯定(ding)。他(ta)指出(chu),十(shi)五(wu)(wu)年(nian)來,經過幾代經建人的(de)(de)努(nu)力,我們取(qu)(qu)得了(le)(le)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)成績,成為(wei)(wei)行業的(de)(de)佼佼者。因此(ci),我們要(yao)加倍珍(zhen)惜取(qu)(qu)得的(de)(de)一(yi)切,在未(wei)來的(de)(de)日子里,不(bu)(bu)驕(jiao)不(bu)(bu)躁、迎難而(er)上,保持積極向上的(de)(de)拼搏精神,勇敢地迎接新(xin)的(de)(de)機(ji)遇和新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰。在會上,他(ta)還講了(le)(le)以下四個方(fang)面的(de)(de)內(nei)容:

二、按(an)章(zhang)辦事、用(yong)心(xin)做(zuo)事、努(nu)力提高我(wo)(wo)們的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)質量和(he)水平。我(wo)(wo)們要(yao)嚴(yan)格按(an)照監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)程(cheng)序開展監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)工(gong)作(zuo),監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員要(yao)各司其職(zhi),密切協作(zuo)。嚴(yan)把進場原(yuan)材料(liao)的(de)(de)質量關,對發現的(de)(de)問(wen)題及時(shi)進行匯報(bao)和(he)處理(li)(li)(li)(li)。重(zhong)視監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)資料(liao)的(de)(de)收集(ji)整理(li)(li)(li)(li)工(gong)作(zuo),在簽署監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)文件時(shi)要(yao)盡心(xin)、盡責。做(zuo)到:按(an)章(zhang)、按(an)時(shi)、明了(le)、客(ke)觀、公正,不(bu)留后遺(yi)癥。認真做(zuo)好(hao)竣工(gong)項(xiang)目數據庫的(de)(de)建立(li)和(he)積(ji)累,為(wei)提高監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)服(fu)務(wu)質量夯實(shi)基(ji)礎。加強與員工(gong)的(de)(de)思想交流與溝通,加大制度的(de)(de)執(zhi)行力度,按(an)章(zhang)辦事,為(wei)公司樹立(li)良好(hao)的(de)(de)社會(hui)形象(xiang)。
三(san)、正視不(bu)足,努力(li)改進(jin)我(wo)們的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)。在(zai)(zai)人力(li)資(zi)源上,我(wo)們還(huan)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)總(zong)監數量偏少,專業(ye)搭(da)配不(bu)合理(li)(li)(li)等(deng)不(bu)足,因此,培養(yang)和引進(jin)人才迫(po)在(zai)(zai)眉睫。經營發展方面,我(wo)們的(de)(de)力(li)量相對還(huan)比較薄弱(ruo),業(ye)務的(de)(de)外向度也不(bu)夠理(li)(li)(li)想。人員(yuan)素質(zhi)上,雖然從整體來看大部分監理(li)(li)(li)人員(yuan)都能遵守監理(li)(li)(li)職(zhi)業(ye)道德,但(dan)也存(cun)在(zai)(zai)一(yi)些人責(ze)任(ren)心(xin)不(bu)強,工作(zuo)(zuo)不(bu)積(ji)極,勞動(dong)紀律(lv)散漫,沒有大局意識(shi),有“小團隊”思想,甚至在(zai)(zai)極個別人身上還(huan)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)違(wei)反監理(li)(li)(li)職(zhi)業(ye)道德的(de)(de)行為。因此,在(zai)(zai)今后的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)中,我(wo)們要進(jin)一(yi)步提(ti)高(gao)思想認識(shi),轉(zhuan)變(bian)工作(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng),改正不(bu)足,使工作(zuo)(zuo)質(zhi)量得(de)(de)到進(jin)一(yi)步提(ti)高(gao),作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)得(de)(de)到進(jin)一(yi)步改善,行為得(de)(de)到進(jin)一(yi)步規范。
四、加(jia)強和重視對市(shi)(shi)外(wai)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部(bu)(分(fen)(fen)公司(si))的(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)。目(mu)(mu)前,大(da)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)市(shi)(shi)外(wai)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)(分(fen)(fen)公司(si))還存在項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)規模不大(da)、技術力(li)量(liang)薄弱、管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)不規范、依賴(lai)性強等現象。為改變(bian)這(zhe)一現狀,公司(si)希望市(shi)(shi)外(wai)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)(分(fen)(fen)公司(si))要樹(shu)立(li)規范化、長遠(yuan)化的(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)意識,開拓和創新發展(zhan)思路,依靠總(zong)公司(si)的(de)力(li)量(liang),結(jie)合當地和自身的(de)力(li)量(liang)做(zuo)好(hao)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部(bu)的(de)各項(xiang)工作。服(fu)從總(zong)公司(si)的(de)統一管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),認真執(zhi)行《分(fen)(fen)公司(si)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)辦法》,減(jian)少(shao)矛盾的(de)產生。公司(si)將把發展(zhan)和扶持市(shi)(shi)外(wai)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部(bu)(分(fen)(fen)公司(si))作為今后的(de)一項(xiang)重要工作內容。
