公司召開6月份工作例會 

 

2009年(nian)626日(ri)下午(wu),總經(jing)理徐斌(bin)在公司會議室主持(chi)召開了(le)2009年度6月份(fen)工作例會,公司領導及(ji)各部門、項目管理部負責人等(deng)共26人參(can)加了會議。

各項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管理(li)部(bu)負(fu)責人首先發言,他們匯(hui)報了(le)本項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管理(li)部(bu)本月工作(zuo)開展(zhan)的(de)內(nei)容(rong)、所監工程的(de)施工進度、監理(li)人員的(de)安(an)排及下月的(de)工作(zuo)計劃。各項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管理(li)部(bu)根據5月份公(gong)司工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議(yi)精(jing)神(shen),主要做了(le)(le)以下工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo):一、召開(kai)項目(mu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)會議(yi),傳(chuan)達公(gong)司有關(guan)文件內容,聽取各項目(mu)監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)(li)機(ji)構的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)匯報,掌握工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度及(ji)(ji)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)動態情況;二、配(pei)合安(an)全(quan)生產月相關(guan)主題及(ji)(ji)高溫季節施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)特點(dian),對(dui)(dui)(dui)所監(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程進行(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)安(an)全(quan)專項檢查(cha)及(ji)(ji)資料核(he)查(cha);三、進行(xing)(xing)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)務知識的(de)(de)培訓與學習,正(zheng)確引導監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員開(kai)展(zhan)本職工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。通過(guo)項目(mu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)全(quan)體(ti)人(ren)員的(de)(de)共同(tong)努力,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)取得了(le)(le)一定的(de)(de)成效,但在(zai)某些方面還存在(zai)著不足,譬如(ru):施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現場存在(zai)質量(liang)、安(an)全(quan)隱患(huan),未完全(quan)按照施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)專項方案進行(xing)(xing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),原(yuan)材料報驗不及(ji)(ji)時,臺帳滯后等現象。針對(dui)(dui)(dui)現階段存在(zai)的(de)(de)問(wen)題,項目(mu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)表(biao)示將(jiang)進一步(bu)加(jia)強監(jian)(jian)(jian)督力度,對(dui)(dui)(dui)各項目(mu)監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)(li)機(ji)構進行(xing)(xing)更加(jia)有效的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)。下月部(bu)(bu)分住宅工(gong)(gong)(gong)程將(jiang)要進行(xing)(xing)竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收,項目(mu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)將(jiang)合理(li)(li)(li)安(an)排分戶驗收的(de)(de)監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員并對(dui)(dui)(dui)他們進行(xing)(xing)必要的(de)(de)培訓,同(tong)時加(jia)強監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)(li)費(fei)的(de)(de)收取工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),保證監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常(chang)運行(xing)(xing)。

工程(cheng)技術部經理蔣(jiang)國(guo)華在(zai)會上宣(xuan)讀了嘉建質安協(xie)【200920文《關(guan)于實施(shi)超過一(yi)定規(gui)模的(de)(de)危險性較大的(de)(de)分部(bu)(bu)(bu)分項工(gong)程(cheng)安(an)(an)全專項施(shi)工(gong)方案專家論證(zheng)的(de)(de)通(tong)知》,并就工(gong)程(cheng)技術部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)工(gong)作情況(kuang)進行了匯報。本月工(gong)程(cheng)技術部(bu)(bu)(bu)有針對(dui)性的(de)(de)對(dui)拆(chai)遷安(an)(an)置(zhi)房工(gong)程(cheng)進行了巡(xun)查,現場(chang)存在的(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)問題有磚墻(qiang)承重(zhong)結(jie)構(gou)構(gou)造(zao)柱(zhu)拉結(jie)筋長(chang)度不符(fu)合要(yao)求(qiu),物料(liao)提升機與地面的(de)(de)拉結(jie)不符(fu)合規(gui)范(fan)要(yao)求(qiu)等(deng),各(ge)項目(mu)監(jian)理機構(gou)要(yao)引起足夠的(de)(de)重(zhong)視(shi),采取有效措施(shi),加強(qiang)施(shi)工(gong)安(an)(an)全監(jian)督、確保工(gong)程(cheng)質量(liang)。財務部(bu)(bu)(bu)經(jing)理許斌要(yao)求(qiu)各(ge)項目(mu)管理部(bu)(bu)(bu)負責人(ren)掌握(wo)所監(jian)工(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)進度情況(kuang),及(ji)時與業(ye)主(zhu)進行溝通(tong),加強(qiang)監(jian)理費的(de)(de)收取工(gong)作。

在聽取了各項(xiang)目管理部及行(xing)政(zheng)部門(men)的(de)工作匯報后,總(zong)經理徐斌作了以下要求:一(yi)、7月份(fen)公司將召開上(shang)半年(nian)度工作總結會(hui)議,各項目管理部(bu)及(ji)行政部(bu)門把上(shang)半年(nian)工作完成情況及(ji)下半年(nian)工作計劃,于715日前(qian)上報(bao)公司。二、6月(yue)份為安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產月(yue),上級(ji)主(zhu)管(guan)部(bu)(bu)門組織了(le)(le)多次市場行為、專項(xiang)安(an)全(quan)(quan)檢查,檢查中發現(xian)(xian)存在的(de)問(wen)(wen)題,各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)監理(li)(li)(li)機(ji)構要引起重視(shi),督(du)促承包單(dan)位積(ji)極整改。三、公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)十分重視(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)勞動(dong)(dong)紀律(lv),但在巡(xun)查過程中發現(xian)(xian)仍有部(bu)(bu)分員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)沒有遵守(shou)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)勞動(dong)(dong)紀律(lv),各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)應加強監督(du)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li),配合(he)(he)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)做好(hao)相關方面(mian)的(de)工(gong)作。四、《項(xiang)目(mu)監理(li)(li)(li)機(ji)構值班(ban)補(bu)貼管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)辦法》已經試行了(le)(le)半年,各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)可(ke)通過問(wen)(wen)卷調查的(de)形式,征(zheng)求每位員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)對(dui)(dui)該“辦法”實施的(de)意(yi)見和建議,進(jin)(jin)行匯總后(hou)上報公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si),公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)將(jiang)根據員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)反映的(de)情況(kuang),適(shi)時對(dui)(dui)“辦法”進(jin)(jin)行修正。五、本月(yue)新開工(gong)項(xiang)目(mu)比較(jiao)多,項(xiang)目(mu)規模(mo)都比較(jiao)大(da),給監理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)作帶來(lai)了(le)(le)很大(da)的(de)壓力,各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)要及(ji)(ji)時對(dui)(dui)人員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)行教育(yu)、指導,確保(bao)(bao)監理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)作的(de)順利開展。六(liu)、各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)部(bu)(bu)要根據合(he)(he)同(tong)制訂下(xia)階(jie)段監理(li)(li)(li)費的(de)收(shou)款計劃(hua),及(ji)(ji)時收(shou)取監理(li)(li)(li)費,以(yi)保(bao)(bao)證公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)財務工(gong)作的(de)正常運行。

董事(shi)長(chang)董發根對(dui)大家的(de)發言做了(le)(le)簡要(yao)總結,并強(qiang)調了(le)(le)以(yi)下內(nei)容:一、加強(qiang)本項(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)部(bu)門交流溝通,及(ji)時掌握員工(gong)(gong)思(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai),思(si)想(xiang)(xiang)統一是做好一切工(gong)(gong)作的(de)保證。二(er)、強(qiang)化監(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作力度。對(dui)于施工(gong)(gong)現(xian)場存在的(de)質量、安全隱患必(bi)須(xu)及(ji)時提出,必(bi)要(yao)時簽發監(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)程師通知單或工(gong)(gong)程暫停令,要(yao)督促承包(bao)(bao)單位整改(gai)落實。同時要(yao)多方式、多渠道地與業主、承包(bao)(bao)方進(jin)(jin)行(xing)交流、溝通,采(cai)取有效措施確保監(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作順利進(jin)(jin)行(xing)。三、提高(gao)監(jian)理(li)(li)資(zi)料質量。各(ge)(ge)個項(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)(li)部(bu)分管(guan)負責人要(yao)重視檢(jian)查,監(jian)督各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目監(jian)理(li)(li)機構監(jian)理(li)(li)資(zi)料的(de)管(guan)理(li)(li),及(ji)時對(dui)監(jian)理(li)(li)人員進(jin)(jin)行(xing)培訓(xun)、指(zhi)導,提高(gao)監(jian)理(li)(li)人員的(de)業務能力,以(yi)便更(geng)有效的(de)對(dui)工(gong)(gong)程進(jin)(jin)行(xing)管(guan)理(li)(li)。
